三峯スキー場　富山県朝日町

Mitsubo was a small ski area in Asahi Town in the northeastern region of Toyama Prefecture and close to the border with Niigata Prefecture. Little is known about the old ski area. Still, it was clearly important to the town as there is a commemorative sign at the bottom of the slope. The Mitsubo Green Land campsite is close by.

  • It is always great to see recognition of old ski slopes like that - more places should do it!
    　
  • Another sign by the road nearby shows an image of children sledging on the slope
    　
  • Mitsubo Green Land 三峰グリーンランド is the name of the campsite closeby
