Furubira Kazoku Ryokou Mura was a ski area located close to the coast of the Sea of Japan and near the centre of Furubira Town. Furubira Town is about 35km to the west of Otaru City in Hokkaido. The ski area had one single lift and the northern facing slopes came down either side of the lift. The ski area closed in 2007 but the campsite and outdoors facility of the same name remains open.
